The last few weeks have flown by and we find ourselves in mid December.. with only two days til our Christmas Concert! How exciting!
While we’re getting our glitz and glam ready for Tuesday night, we hope you’re all looking forward to it as much as us. This is the first big show our new recruits from our summer events will be singing in, and we’re SO pleased to have them with us.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year over here at Chimes HQ, we’re full of festive spririt and ready to share it with you! 🎅
We’re hosting a Christmas Concert full of our favourite songs, Tuesday 17th December 7.30pm at Eccleshill United Reformed Church, Victoria Road, Bradford BD2 2BL
Tickets are just £5 each and can be reserved for door collection by emailing email@example.com, or picked up from any of our singers / one of our regular Tuesday rehearsal nights.
Break up the last week before Christmas, come along and share with us in a night of song featuring special guest quartet Jaunty Angle, with a mince pie and hot drink for all, a raffle, tombola and more.
Experience the joy of acappella four part harmony versions of some of your festive favourites, and support a local group at the same time.
Here at Pennine Chimes we love getting out and about singing carols at local events over the festive period, and as ever we kept ourselves busy this year!
These sing outs really ring in the season for us, especially as we started the 2018 season in beautiful historic Haworth. The weather may not have been perfect but the festive spirit is always in great supply, and Main Street is a haven for dog spotters (we have a few amongst us!)
Our next two events were at our local Bradford Markets, firstly in Kirkgate Market then in the Oastler Centre.
At Kirkgate Market we got a new temporary director who taught us how to floss, though I’m not sure we fully got the hang of it…
Oastler Market is often the last of the festive season for us and we absolutely love singing here and interacting with the local community, it really gives us the festive feels!
Fortunately for us a pop up festive bar was being hosted by Roswithas Deli and The Sparrow, so a few of our ladies celebrated the end of the season with a toasty warm Gluhwein.
